STEM Subscription Box
iGen will ship your subscription boxes between the 15th and 20th of each month. Your card on file will be charged on the 15th of each month. To cancel your subscription, email email@example.com. To skip a month, email us by the 5th of any month.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to the pandemic, COVID-19, shipping may be delayed.
We do not offer international shipping, at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for our products, due to its nature. However, if you have any concerns please notify us within 7 days after delivery.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
